***Please arrive on time for your appointment. You will be given a 10 minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment will result in $15 inconvenience fee.

***Be sure to bring your drivers license or identification card with you.

***Only guests receiving treatments will be permitted in the Spa.

*** We require Full Payment for your intended service/treatment 48 hrs prior to your appointment. An invoice will be sent to you electronically to collect the payment upon scheduling your appointment.

***All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to appointment time.
If not confirmed your appointment is subject cancellation by the provider.

*** All intake forms and consents will be sent electronically and must be completed the Night Prior to your appointment.
If not completed, your appointment will be cancelled by the provider and you will incur a non-refundable late cancellation fee of $75

***A credit card must be left on file when scheduling your appointment

Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment .

Cancelling your appointment AFTER this time frame will result in forfeiture of any Deposits received and will NOT be refunded.

Late cancellation and No Show fee is $50

Rescheduling your appointment within 48 hrs of your appointment will result in a $50 inconvenience fee regardless as to whether or not you’ve pre-paid or paid a deposit for your appointment.

If we are unable to charge your card on file for late cancellations, no show and/or rescheduling your appointment, you will no longer be able to schedule services with us.
*An active credit card is required to be on file for all services (Including 3rd party financing) and 3rd party specials advertised via Social media platforms. if you No Call/No Show the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service you're scheduled for no less than 48 hrs before your appointment.. No Exceptions. No Exchanges, No Refunds. You will be required to pay the full amount of the service again if you wish to schedule the service again.
